Annabelle was raised in Coppell, Texas. She graduated from University of Arkansas in 2019 with a B.A. in International and Global Studies and a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in French and European Studies. She then attended University of Missouri- Kansas City School of Law and received her J.D. in 2023 with an emphasis in Urban, Land Use, and Environment. At UMKC, she served as the President of the Environmental Law Society, Vice President of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, and participated in the Association for Women Law Students. In 2023, she presented a panel for the Public Interest Environmental Law Conference. She participated in the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court competition and received awards for Third Best Oralist for the State and Second-Best Memorial for the State. Annabelle currently serves as the Interim City Attorney for the City of Burkburnett and as General Counsel for the Aubrey Municipal Development District. She also serves as municipal court prosecutor for the City of Euless. She regularly attends planning and zoning commission and board of adjustment meetings for the firm’s clients.
