Tori was born and raised in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Before making her way to Texas, Tori attended the University of Minnesota where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting with a minor in both Business Law and Sports Management. She then went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2022.
While at Michigan State, Tori was a member of the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, where she provided free tax-related legal services to low-income taxpayers throughout the state of Michigan as well as assisted in establishing an organization focused on supporting and integrating first-generation law students into the MSU Law community.
Prior to joining TOASE, Tori represented credit unions and other financial institutions in courts throughout the state of Texas, handling collection litigation, creditors’ rights matters, and bankruptcy cases.
