Growing up in North Richland Hills, Texas, Kyndall McAnany has always enjoyed the character and western culture of living close to Fort Worth. Kyndall graduated from A&M in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science before embarking on her journey of interning in Washington D.C. for a congresswoman in 2019. After interning on Capitol Hill, she applied to law schools and started her journey of becoming an attorney at St. Mary’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. Kyndall earned her Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2022. During her time there, she was Vice President of the Student Bar Association, served as a member of the Board of Advocates, and became a writer for The Scholar: Law Review for racial and social justice.
Additionally, she participated in the Family Law Clinic, where she provided free legal services to indigenous community members of San Antonio. Through the clinic, she assisted those with drafting and preparing wills, lady bird deeds, durable power of attorney and medical power of attorney forms, giving her valuable insight into the world of legal advocacy.
Before joining TOASE, Kyndall interned at Walsh Gallegos in Irving and San Antonio, where she worked within the general education and special education realms involving legal research and drafting on changes within Texas public school systems during COVID-19, in addition to attending school board meetings in DFW. Most recently, Kyndall worked for LexisNexis as a legal consultant in helping train 3-10 size attorney firms in the United States on the advances of the legal platform of Lexis+ and Lexis+AI, and efficiency in legal research.
