Ashley was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Political Science and received her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law, Fayetteville. Ashley’s primary area of practice is municipal law, currently serving as city attorney for the cities of Alvarado, Cleburne, Elkhart, and Mansfield. She assists clients in all aspects of municipal operations, including zoning and land use matters, long-term planning strategies, police and fire services, utility operations, and general management. Ashley also handles litigation matters for our municipal clients practicing in both state and federal courts throughout the state.
