Bradley was born in Snyder, Texas. He graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Business Administration. He attended Texas Tech University School of Law where he obtained his J.D. in 2011, graduating summa cum laude and winning the Cali Award in Oil and Gas and Business Entities, and the Jurisprudence Award in Contracts, Wills & Trusts. Prior to joining TOASE, Bradley worked at Legal Aid of Northwest Texas in Amarillo.

Bradley currently serves as City Attorney for the Cities of North Richland Hills, Lindsay, River Oaks, Boyd, and Scotland. Bradley has extensive experience in zoning and land use matters and handles eminent domain matters for the firm’s clients.
