Marc was born in San Antonio, Texas and raised in Laredo, Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in History and also received a Master of Arts in History from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2017. Marc then went on to receive his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2021.

While at Thomas Jefferson, he was President of the National Cannabis Bar Association Student Chapter. He also assisted with drafting a cannabis ordinance for a local municipality.

Throughout law school, Marc participated in his school’s Business Law and Trademark Law clinics where he assisted individuals with forming their business, drafting rules of governance, and obtaining their business trademarks from the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Before joining TOASE, Marc gained immeasurable experience working at a top personal injury law firm, where he gained experience in civil litigation and client advocacy. He serves as the Municipal Court Prosecutor for the Town of Flower Mound.
