Growing up in Watonga, Oklahoma, Brennan Lafferty will always appreciate the small-town values that shaped him. However, after attending Texas Christian University, he knew Texas would be his home. Brennan graduated from TCU in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy before embarking on an enriching year teaching English at a bilingual high school in Madrid, Spain. While in Madrid, he applied to law schools, ultimately choosing to continue his education at Texas A&M University School of Law.
Brennan earned his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M School of Law in 2023. During his time there, he was an active member of the Business Law Society and participated in the Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he provided free legal services to small business owners and startups. Through the clinic, he assisted entrepreneurs with entity formation, drafted service and operating agreements, and advised on various legal issues that arise when starting a business. Before joining TOASE, Brennan gained valuable experience working at a personal injury firm, where he developed a strong foundation in civil litigation and client advocacy. He is currently serving as the municipal court prosecutor for the City of Haltom City.
