Paul P. Previte

Paul was born in Rome, NY in 1969, and received his B.A. in English from the University of New York at Buffalo in 1991 and his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1994. While attending St. Mary's, he was a Moot Court Octa-finalist and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Fraternity. A veteran of hundreds of trials, he is the Chief Prosecutor for over 20 municipal courts in North Texas and an Associate Judge for the Town of Pantego, Texas. In addition, he represents citizens accused of misdemeanor and felony crimes in the counties of Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, Johnson, McKinney and Parker. His primary areas of practice include municipal defense, municipal prosecution, criminal defense, and general civil litigation.
