Tim G. Sralla Born in Jourdanton, Texas in 1957. He attended the University of Texas, graduating in 1979 with highest honors. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor fraternities. He then attended the University of Texas School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif, and graduated with honors in 1982. Since 1983 he has practiced in Fort Worth, primarily in the areas of employment and commerical litigation and appellate advocacy. He has represented clients in many types of disputes, including actions alleging negligence and general torts, employment discrimination, fraud, unfair competition, trade defamation violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, breach of contract and breach of warranty. In addition to the various state trial courts, he has practiced before the United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas. He has also handled numerous appeals before the United States Supreme Court, various State Courts of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third, Fifth, and Federal Circuits. He has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization as having special competence in the field of Civil Appellate Law, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Litigation and Appellate Practice Sections of the ABA, the State Bar of Texas and the Tarrant County Bar Association. He has served as an adjunct professor of law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and serves as a member of the Advisory Committee of the Court of Appeals for the Second Appellate District of Texas, and as an officer in the Appellate Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association. He has spoken at numerous seminars regarding various topics relating to appellate and trial practice.
