Born in Fort Smith, Northwest Territories, Canada in 1977. Mr. Scollon was raised in Haines, Alaska. He attended Southern Methodist University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.A. in psychology in 1998. In 2003, he received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif. Mr. Scollon is admitted to practice in Texas and Illinois, and is a member of the Tarrant County Bar Association and the Dallas Asian-American Bar Association. His primary area of practice is municipal law. Legal Employment History: Law Clerk to Justice Robert Cook, Illinois Appellate Court, Fourth District - August 2003 to August 2004; Taylor, Olson, Adkins, Sralla & Elam, L.L.P. - November 2004 to present.
