Born April 6, 1973 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history in 1996. Following completion of undergraduate studies, he attended Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law, where he was a member of Phi Alpha Delta and graduated in 1999 with a Juris Doctor degree. His current legal practice is focused on municipal law and litigation. His prior legal experience includes complex litigation in the fields of premises and products liability and environmental torts, as well as the analysis of corporate transactions and structures and their impact on successor liability. Memberships: Member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section), Dallas Bar Association (Construction Law Section) and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. Bar Admissions: State Bar of Texas; United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Legal Employment History: Law Offices of Rodney R.
