Born in Rome, New York in 1969. Paul attended the University of Buffalo and graduated with a B.A. degree in English in 1991. He attended St. Mary's University School of Law where he graduated with a J.D. degree in 1994. Mr. Previte is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the State Bar of Colorado, the State Bar of Pennsylvania, Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Criminal Lawyers Association. His primary practice is litigation, including municipal defense, municipal prosecution, general civil litigation and criminal defense.
