Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 1980. Graduated from Texas Christian University, magna cum laude, in 2003 with a degree in International Communications and minors in Spanish and English. Ms. Gravley attended University of Oklahoma College of Law and graduated in 2006 with a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, she participated in the University of Oklahoma's study abroad program at Brasenose College in Oxford, England. Her current legal practice is focused on municipal law.
