Born in Dallas, Texas in 1980. Mr. Fickes was raised in Southlake, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance Degree in 2003. In 2007, he received his J.D. from Texas Tech School of Law, where he was a member of the Board of Editors for the Texas Administrative Law Journal. Mr. Fickes is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Tarrant County Bar Association, Tarrant County Young Laywer’s Assocation and the Tarrant County Texas A&M Club. His primary area of practice is municipal law.
