Dan Barrett has been trying lawsuits in Texas for nearly thirty years. He has received a rating of AV - Preeminent from Martindale-Hubbell, is included in The Register of Pre-eminent Attorneys and has been listed as a Texas Monthly Super Lawyer each year since beginning of the publication.

Dan is well versed in all aspects of complex litigation, having handled multi-million dollar claims from both sides of the docket. His trial practice includes commercial and construction disputes, business torts, legal and medical malpractice and personal injury. Dan is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
